We have a comprehensive HR welfare policy for our employees which includes workplace and medical security, while also providing Educational opportunities for their children.

Sadatan is closely associated with the Chitnavis Trusts, Nagpur for conducting a number of social welfare projects. We support a number of initiatives for micro-entrepreneurs from disadvantaged communities and sponsor the initiatives of the Trust for imparting Skills training to women, differently abled youth etc. One recent initiative has been the ‘Sundari Project’ wherein over 150 women have been trained in beauty culture & entrepreneurship and are today either self employed or are working in the beauty business.

We are also planning to set up a herbs procurement unit, where by tying up with local farmers and tribals from the hilly regions of Central India, we can train them in herbs cultivation and ensure they learn how to cultivate high quality herbs and earn profits throughout the year, in addition to ensuring food and nutrition security for their families.
