Know More About Ayurveda

Ayurveda, part of the Atharva Veda, is the ancient science of life that has developed and refined over 5000 years of systematic research and analysis. Ayurveda is a holistic healing system based on preventing disease and enhancing health, longevity and vitality. The therapies and formulations have been perfected with the aim of treating the root cause of the disease rather than its symptoms.

Ayurveda describes “health” as a state where there is a total balance between the body, mind, and the soul.

Ayurveda states that everything in this universe, including the human body is composed of 5 basic elements:

Space | Air | Fire | Water | Earth

The 5 elements combine to produce three primary life forces or “Doshas”. The Tridosha theory is the basic principle of Ayurveda. All humans have the three doshas, although there is always predominance of one or more dosha. This gives the unique nature or constitution of the person. The Doshas should be in proper balance for good health.

Miraculous recipes for flawless skin, ageless beauty, health and longevity are found in Ayurveda.  The goal of Ayurveda is rejuvenation and to achieve harmony and balance in the human body.

Ayurveda is a complete way of life.
